Karl Yeoman

Karl’s a CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualified specialist mortgage broker with over 10 years of experience helping hundreds of people. He’s committed to getting the best possible result for his clients, and always goes the extra mile to help. Karl has used his expertise in customer experience to coach the Create Finance mortgage advisers to be the best they can be. Karl takes pride in ensuring that every customer that comes to Create Finance has the same great experience so that they want to come back to us time and time again.

Karl specialises in all forms of complex mortgages like Adverse Credit, Right-to-Buy, concessionary purchases, debt consolidation, late payments, CCJs, defaults, bankruptcy, IVAs and Debt Management Plans (DMPs).

He’s also helped many self-employed clients like contractors, those in a brand new job, or with only one year’s worth of trading history, first-time buyers and Shared Ownership clients.

Karl also specialises in protection and sees this as a vital part of his job. Once he helps you get your dream home, he wants to make sure that you keep it under any circumstance.

Gindy Mathoon

Gindy has extensive mortgage experience stretching back 13 years. He prides himself on being the 'Mortgage Criteria King' - knowing everything about the mortgage lenders on the market and pretty much everything there is to know when it comes to lenders’ criteria. He lives and breathes mortgages, often seen in front of his laptop long into the night and on most weekends! He has used this experience to help the mortgage advisers at Create Finance have a full understanding of the specialist market so when they speak to their customers, they know which lender will help.

Gindy has great relationships with lenders. This, coupled with his extensive knowledge enables him to secure complex deals to get his clients the right mortgage.

Paul Grimwood

Paul is CeMAP qualified with almost 37 years in the financial industry. He’s been a Mortgage and Protection Adviser for over 33 years, has specialised in bad credit and complex mortgages for the last 10 years, and has a vast knowledge in the mainstream market.

His interests include supporting West Ham Utd and enjoying Science Fiction so much, that his four children’s middle names are from characters in his favourite franchise Star Wars.

Rachel Allison

As our Head of Protection, Rachel specialises in Income Protection, Business Protection, Life Insurance, Family Income Benefit and Critical Illness. She has been a Protection Adviser within financial services for over eight years. Rachel also has experience managing protection teams as well as delivering an excellent customer experience.

She also enjoys going to gigs in her spare time, with her favourite band being the 'Foo Fighters'.

Darren Law

Darren is a highly experienced CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualified mortgage broker who loves helping people who’ve been turned down elsewhere. He also specialises in improving finances through remortgaging and debt consolidation.

He’s an expert in bad credit mortgages, including credit issues such as missed payments, CCJs, defaults, debt management programmes, IVAs, and bankruptcy. He has lots of experience with the self-employed, getting mortgages for sole traders, limited company directors, contractors, and those with only one year’s worth of trading history.

George Whitfield

With over five years of qualified experience (Certificate of Mortgage and Practice), George has a wealth of experience. George prides himself on providing a smooth, personalised yet professional service to his clients to ensure that they receive fantastic advice. He has helped hundreds of customers obtain their first homes, as well as making sure that those who already own their home, are keeping their current mortgages up to date and on the most competitive interest rates.

Javier De Diego

Javier a CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) and DipFA (Diploma in Financial Advice) with over 14 years of experience in the financial industry. He’s passionate about helping clients who’ve struggled to get a mortgage and works hard to find the most suitable mortgage for their unique situation.

Javier specialises in getting mortgages for clients who have a history of late payments, defaults, CCJs, IVAs, debt management plans and mortgage arrears, for employed and self-employed alike. Javier can also help you protect your home, family and income by helping you find the right insurance.

Steve Arnold

Steve is a CeMAP, (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) DipMAP (Diploma in Mortgage Advice and Practice), CeFA (Certificate for Financial advisers) and CeRER (Certificate in Regulatory Equity Release) qualified mortgage broker.

Steve’s been a mortgage and protection broker for over 13 years and specialises in helping people who’ve had credit problems such as CCJs, defaults, late payments, bankruptcy and IVAs. He’s also an expert in self-employed mortgages and helping people with complex incomes.

Along with finding you the right mortgage, Steve can advise and recommend suitable protection to make sure that once you have your dream home, you can keep it.

Lucy Love

Lucy is a CEMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice) qualified specialist Mortgage Broker with over 15 years experience in the finance industry.  

Lucy has a wealth of experience in helping clients find the right lenders. She has vast knowledge when it comes to the adverse mortgage market. This means no matter what your circumstances Lucy is always confident that there will be a lender who could help.
